EARTH AND FIRE - EARTH & FIRE - Memories (Song Of The Marching Children +1) - GERMAN Polydor 1972 (NEW COVER) Press - NEAR MINT VINTAGE VINYLprice: 250,00 PLN / 62,50 EUR
ANALOGUE SOUND! A very rare German 1972 edition of the second album by the Dutch progressive rock band, resembling the style of Pink Floyd, Camel and early Genesis. The single "Memories" (from 1972) was added to the record, and the title and sleeve were changed. Half of the album is filled by an 18-minute suite, characterised by a full sound (organ, guitars, mellotron) and an almost symphonic sweep. The remaining tracks are also flawless! Sleeve: EXCELLENT+ / Record: MINT- -

EKSEPTION (see also: Trace) - EKSEPTION - Beggar Julia's Time Trip - BRA Edition - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
The second album by a Dutch progressive band, based mainly on transcriptions of works of classical music. An album quite widely considered the most 'progressive' in this band's career. -
FOCUS - FOCUS - Live In Rotterdam 1971 - EU Atos / Verne Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
Limited to 500 copies, a perfect-sounding, superb vinyl containing live material by a band at the peak of its creative powers! Almost the entire LP is filled by a 47-minute, excellent version of the suite "Eruption" recorded in Rotterdam in autumn 1971 (in my opinion much better than the one known from the LP "Moving Waves"), containing plenty of music not used in the studio version. In addition, a 10-minute, concise version of "Anonymous II" recorded by the BBC in December 1972. A must! NEW, SEALED. -
FOCUS - FOCUS - Focus In Concert 1973 (2LP) - EU Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 170,00 PLN / 42,50 EUR
Limited to 500 copies, an unofficial double vinyl containing a recording of an hour-long concert from January 1973, which came out in a run of 100 copies on a BBC Transcription Service radio promotional vinyl. In addition, three tracks recorded at the BBC studios a month earlier. The whole sounds quite similar to the classic "Live At The Rainbow" (recorded half a year later), but the sound quality and production are even better - simply perfect. And that superb "Anonymous"... This is a real treat for prog rock fans! The heavy vinyl sounds perfect (slightly better and more dynamic than the already excellent CD) - without the slightest surface noise! A must! -
FOCUS - FOCUS - 50 Years: Anthology 1970-1976 (9CD + 2 DVD BOX) - NL Red Bullet Remastered Editionprice: 300,00 PLN / 75,00 EUR
A box set containing nine CDs and two DVDs (with never-before-released material, such as the concert film "Focus At The Rainbow" from 1973), released to mark the 50th anniversary of the band's formation. The set includes, among other things, the first seven albums remastered from the original tapes, a CD containing the first official release of "BBC In Concert 1973", a disc containing 80 minutes of previously unpublished live recordings by Focus from 1971-1975, two DVDs containing the complete concert film "Focus At the Rainbow" from 1973, remastered from the original 16 mm film, two BBC broadcasts, "Old Grey Whistle Test" from 1972 and "BBC In Concert" from 1974, as well as rare material from a performance in Dublin in 1973 and an 80-page booklet with the history of the band. All the studio albums include bonus tracks. -
FOCUS - FOCUS - Focus Con Proby - NL EMI Bovema 1977 1st Press - NEAR MINT VINTAGE VINYLprice: 300,00 PLN / 75,00 EUR
ANALOGUE SOUND! A very rare, first Dutch pressing (from 1977, with a lyric insert) by EMI of the last album of the 70s by an excellent progressive band. Oddly enough, this partly vocal album (recorded with the accompaniment of the British vocalist P.J. Proby, popular in the 60s) is the hardest to find title in the career of Van Leer's band, as in the era of new wave it sold very poorly! Almost perfect condition. Sleeve: EXCELLENT+ (almost MINT-) / Record: MINT- -
FOCUS - FOCUS - In And Out Of Focus - NL Imperial 1971 1st Press - NEAR MINT VINTAGE VINYLprice: 300,00 PLN / 75,00 EUR
ANALOGUE SOUND! A very rare, first Dutch edition (from 1971) of the edition of the debut album expanded with the very popular single track "House Of The King", originally released in 1970 (in a different sleeve and without the aforementioned track) as "Focus Play Focus". Once again: This is the first edition of the LP "In And Out Of Focus", but practically the second, much altered edition of the band's debut. This is an absolute classic of early European progressive rock! Almost perfect condition! The sleeve would be MINT-, but it has a barely visible, just one-centimetre mark from a sticker (white on white), hence: EXCELLENT+ / Record like new: MINT(-) -
FOCUS - FOCUS - Live At The Rainbow - NL Red Bullet Remastered Editionprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
A great live album, containing recordings from "Moving Waves" and "3". -
FOCUS - FOCUS - Moving Waves - JAPAN Polydor 1973 1st Press - NEAR MINT VINTAGE VINYLprice: 300,00 PLN / 75,00 EUR
ANALOGUE SOUND! Very rare first Japanese release (from 1973) of the brilliant album recorded in Holland at the end of 1971 - combining the style of early Jethro Tull (flute, Hammond) with a touch of Santana on steroids (the frenzied rock guitar of Jan Akkerman) and superb, energetic drumming. Without a doubt it belongs in the top ten of European prog rock! The album includes, among others, "Hocus Pocus" and the 22-minute suite "Eruption". Plus an insert! The stiff sleeve and the vinyl are in perfect condition! MINT(-) / MINT(-) -
FOCUS - FOCUS - 3 - NL Red Bullet Edition - LISTENprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
This originally double album (on one CD) includes the tracks "Sylvia" and the nearly half-hour "Anonymus". Plenty of improvised, instrumental playing (with a pinch of folk and heavy) for guitar, organ, flute and wildly running drums. A must! (JL) -
FOCUS - FOCUS - Hamburger Concerto - NL Red Bullet 2020 Remastered Edition - LISTENprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
Contrary to the widespread opinion, this is not a live recording at all, but a superb, studio album in the vein of "Moving Waves" - with a wonderful title suite! The last great album by Van Leer, Akkerman and co. Dutch CD with a 2020 remaster. -
FOCUS - FOCUS - Hocus Pocus - The Best Of Focus - NL Red Bullet 2020 Remastered Editionprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR

FOCUS - FOCUS - In Concert 1973 - FRA On The Air Edition - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
Unofficial CD, limited to 500 copies, containing a recording of an hour-long concert from January 1973, which came out in a run of 100 copies on BBC Transcription Service radio promotional vinyl. In addition three tracks made at the BBC studios a month earlier. The whole sounds fairly similar to the classic "Live At The Rainbow" (recorded half a year later), but the sound quality and production are even better - simply perfect. And that superb "Anonymous"... This is a real treat for prog rock fans! A must! -
FOCUS - FOCUS - Live In Rotterdam And Texel 1971 - FRA On The Air Edition - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
Limited to 500 copies, an 80-minute CD containing a superb, as much as... 50-minute, perfectly sounding version of the suite "Eruption" (in my opinion much better than in the studio), recorded in autumn 1971 at a concert in Rotterdam, and two tracks from the band's concert in Texel. The sound quality of the last two tracks is almost ideal and, what is more, the publisher of the CD slightly corrected the too-slow speed of the source material. This is a real treat for prog rock fans! A must! (JL) -
FOCUS - FOCUS - Mother Focus - NL Red Bullet 2020 Remastered Edition - LISTENprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
The fifth studio album, from 1975 - the last with Jan Akkerman on guitar. Short forms, no longer tracks, although over the years this album has taken on a certain patina. Edition with a 2020 remaster. -
FOCUS - FOCUS - Moving Waves - NL Music On Vinyl / Red Bullet 180g Pressprice: 155,00 PLN / 38,75 EUR
Audiophile edition on 180-gram vinyl. Excellent pressing. -
FOCUS - FOCUS - Moving Waves - NL Red Bullet 2020 Remastered Edition - LISTENprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
A brilliant album combining the style of early Jethro Tull from 1972 (flute, Hammond) with a pinch of Santana on steroids (the stunning, rock guitar of Jan Akkerman) + superb drumming. Without a doubt it is top ten of European prog-rock! It includes "Hocus Pocus" and the 22-minute suite "Eruption". Dutch CD with a 2020 remaster. A must! -
FOCUS - FOCUS - Ship Of Memories - Unreleased Tracks (1970-73) - NL Red Bullet 2020 Remastered Edition - LISTENprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
Unreleased material from the early period (1970-73) - with practically no weak spots, although somewhat inferior to the classic albums. Focus was a wonderful band, certainly one of the best in the history of prog-rock. Remastered edition, from 2020. -
GOLDEN EARRING - GOLDEN EARRING - To The Hilt - NL Red Bullet 2021 Remastered Editionprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
Classic, very dynamic hard-rock (from 1975) from the top shelf of mid-70s playing. Highly recommended! -
GOLDEN EARRING - GOLDEN EARRING - Eight Miles High - EU Music On Vinyl / Red Bullet Remastered RED VINYL Limited Press - LISTENprice: 150,00 PLN / 37,50 EUR
A wonderful album from 1969, with a nearly 20-minute version of the famous title track by The Byrds. This album is where the classic, rock Golden Earring begins! All the albums from 1969-73 have my 100% recommendation; and the guitar-driven, hard rock records made up to 1977 are also worth recommending!!! Remastered, numbered 2022 reissue on red vinyl. -
GOLDEN EARRING - GOLDEN EARRING - Golden Earring - NL Red Bullet Remastered Editionprice: 75,00 PLN / 18,75 EUR
One of the most underrated albums from continental Europe - sometimes called Wall Of Dolls! Released in 1970, classic, slightly progressive hard-rock with occasional flute parts and numerous changes of mood, etc. A kind of cross between Jethro Tull and Led Zeppelin. A must! (JL)
