WICKED LADY - Psychotic Overkill (2LP) - SPA Guerssen Press - LISTEN

Wicked Lady are a great, British heavy-rock trio who unfortunately never got any official recordings in their day. The leader of the band was the guitarist and vocalist Martin Weaver, known from the only album Dark! This superbly released, Spanish CD contains recordings made in 1972 and is the second part of all the band's recordings from 1969-1972 (the first appeared under the title "Axeman Cometh"). The sound quality is very good though slightly muffled (something like the second T2 album). Highly recommended! (K) A two-disc 2022 reissue, in a gatefold sleeve.
