VARIOUS ARTISTS - Lead Weight - Neat Records 1981 Compilation - UK Krescendo Remastered Edition

A brilliant and genuinely legendary/cult metal compilation from 1981, released by the then fledgling label Neat Records - probably the most important and best company connected with the New Wave Of British Heavy Metal movement. It promoted new, then unknown bands (several of which, such as Venom, Raven or Blitzkrieg, are active to this day) and contained mainly tracks unpublished on records, or their other versions. It is an album that accompanied me at the beginning of my metal adventure in my teenage years and I consider it a genuinely perfect work! I assure you that every fan of heavy classic sounds of the NWOBHM kind will love every minute of this album! A remastered 2013 edition. A must!
