Tredegar are Tony Bourge and Ray Phillips (that is the guitar and drums from the first three Budgie records) playing very good, thoroughbred, progressive, almost epic, traditional metal - somewhat in the style of Diamond Head (from the LP "Canterbury" period) and Manowar. The vocalist was Carl Sentance (from the cult NWOBHM band Persian Risk) - later in Nazareth.
