STRANGE DAYS - 9 Parts To The Wind - SWE Flawed Gems Edition - LISTEN - VERY RARE

This only album by a forgotten British group, recorded in 1975, without a doubt belongs, alongside the Refugee LP and the Druid debut, among the 3-4 best progressive records from the British Isles of the mid-70s! Inspired above all by the work of early Genesis, and also Camel, Fruupp and Yes, this very talented band sounded more like 1973 than 1975. Particularly noteworthy are the majestic, extended, epic forms, but also the catchy, slightly Beatles-esque melodies (as well as references to pop music), and the perfect, very rich production. Some passages sound so good that it is hard to believe! No lover of progressive sounds can pass by this CD indifferently! This edition sounds excellent and very spacious. Highly recommended!
