SONS OF CHAMPLIN - Loosen Up Naturally / The Sons / Follow Your Heart (1969-1971) (2CD) - UK BGO - LISTEN

Three albums (including the two-disc debut from 1969) on a two-disc CD. Classic, fairly improvised, strongly eclectic American playing with organ and light brass, once released by Capitol Records and harking back to the style of Quicksilver, Jefferson Airplane, Mothers Of Invention, Blood Sweat & Tears and CS&N. The first album was decidedly the best, though the later ones are also charming. Highly recommended!
