"Hymn of the Seventh Galaxy" (1973) is an album on which Return to Forever move away from the Latin sound of their earlier records and head clearly towards jazz-rock. Electric instruments dominate, especially Corea's synthesisers and Stanley Clarke's characteristic bass. The music is dynamic, based on extended improvisations and a strong rhythm section, which at times brings it close to progressive rock. ONLY ONE COPY! New, sealed.
