The third album by the prog-metal band from the States, with impressive vocal parts by Geoff Tate, often sung in the highest registers, a combination of the style of late Rush, Judas Priest, Queen and Fates Warning. Additionally two live tracks and a second CD, with a recording of the concert at the Hammersmith Odeon in London, on 15 November 1990.
