PROCOL HARUM - BBC Sessions 1967-1974 - FRA On The Air Edition - LISTEN - VERY RARE

A perfect-sounding, 80-minute, limited CD containing, gathered together, excellent radio sessions recorded by this superb band for the BBC, in the classic period of 1967-1974, with the vast majority of the recordings coming from the 60s. In my opinion some of the compositions (such as "A Whiter Shade Of Pale") were played, or produced, better than the studio classics! The CD contains previously unpublished (also on the British remasters) versions of three tracks: "Juicy John Pink", "Whisky Train" and "Broken Barricades". An absolute must! (JL)
