MIKE COTTON SOUND - Mike Cotton Sound +15 - UK RPM Remastered Expanded Edition - LISTEN - OSTATNIE SZTUKI

Mike Cotton is a British trumpeter who began with traditional jazz, only to later introduce elements of pop, beat and rhythm & blues into it. His band included, among others, the keyboard player Dave Rowberry (who left in 1965 to replace Alan Price in the Animals) and the bassist Jim Rodford (later, with his cousin Rod Argent, founder of Argent, who also played in The Kinks and the Zombies). In 1969 The Mike Cotton Sound turned into Satisfaction. The first CD reissue, enriched with single and live tracks. Mike Cotton collaborated fully on this edition, supplying quotes for the notes, as well as rare photos and press cuttings. (MU)
