MATS GLENNGARD - Kosterlage - SWE Flawed Gems Remastered Edition - LISTEN - VERY RARE

On CD for the first time! Excellent solo album by the guitarist/violinist of the Swedish folk-progressive group Kebnekaise - recorded with the accompaniment of musicians from that band, as well as from Flasket Brinner and Jason's Fleece. This is superb, heavy-progressive, slightly folky playing - combining short, folky interludes (four tracks of 1-2 minutes each) with heavyish, intense, hippie rock (the other four tracks of 5-11 minutes) in the vein of November, Saga and Life - with excellent, improvised electric guitar and violin parts and occasional Hammond organ. This is an absolute must for all lovers of old Swedish playing!
