LUCIFER'S FRIEND - Where The Groupies Killed The Blues - GER Edition - LISTEN - VERY RARE

A German band with vocalist John Lawton - later known from Uriah Heep. The debut record from December 1970 is among the few best albums recorded in Germany. Pure heavy-rock, close to the first albums of Black Sabbath and Uriah Heep. The second record from 1972 is also great, although more progressive - with numerous changes of mood. At the same time (the early 70s) the band also recorded under other names: Electic Food (excellent heavy rock) and Pink Mice (heavy symphonic rock). A replica of the original CD from Repertoire Records. A must! (JL)
