KINGDOM COME - Journey (2CD) - UK Esoteric Remastered Expanded Edition - LISTEN

Remastered British edition (from Esoteric), expanded with a second CD, of the third and last record by Arthur Brown's progressive formation, Kingdom Come. "Journey" is a very atmospheric and at the same time rather trippy record... There are many experiments with sound here (e.g. electronic drums), although there is as much pure rock here as on the previous two albums, and it is certainly more psychedelic than the 'second'. On the other hand, after a few listens the record turns out to be first-rate! The second CD contains, among others, tracks from singles, alternative versions of three tracks, and three tracks recorded for the BBC! Highly recommended!
