JULIE DRISCOLL, BRIAN AUGER & THE TRINITY - Streetnoise - JAP Remastered Limited Edition - LISTEN

A famous album, originally a double, released in 1969. "Streetnoise" is a wonderful item - perhaps the best in Brian Auger's discography. In my book about British rock the record received the maximum score of 10 points. Plenty of varied moods based on the sound of the Hammond organ, a great rhythm section, and the charming vocals of Julie Driscoll: from psychedelia, through jazzy, almost club moods - to juicy, almost progressive rock. A Japanese, limited edition from Polydor, from 2021. Highly recommended! (JL)
