JUDAS PRIEST - Sad Wings Of Destiny - GER Repertoire Edition - LISTEN

Beyond any doubt this is the best British hard-rock album of the second half of the 70s - beating the work of Budgie or Thin Lizzy! Typical, classic, riffing two-guitar playing by a (then) unknown band fighting for survival. Alongside their own, developed style you can hear echoes of Wishbone Ash and early UFO (with Schenker) - with a pinch of Black Sabbath. A stunner! Conservatives should also be interested in the debut LP "Rocka-Rolla" and the third, "Sin After Sin" (1977) - played, all things considered, in a similar style. A must!
