JETHRO TULL - Live In Essen, January 1972 (2LP) - EU Verne Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RARE

A limited, rare, European double LP containing on three sides a great, 75-minute performance by the band from Essen in Germany, from January 1972, during the tour promoting the LP "Aqualung". On the fourth side a great, 26-minute bonus is included. In my opinion, even despite some imperfections, it is the best-sounding material from this period. Unfortunately, it may be hard to believe, but there is no professional recording of a concert by the band from 1971-1972! The version from this vinyl sounds a good 20% better (more treble, corrected tape speed) than the music from YouTube. Additionally included is a unique, 26-minute version of "Wind-Up" from the 1972 Tokyo concert, containing plenty of improvisation - including the unique instrumental track "Hard-Headed English General". A must for fans of old rock! Condition: NEW, but unsealed.
