JASPER - Liberation - FRA Absinthe Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RARE

Yet another unknown English band. Released in 1969, Jasper's sole and mega-rare album is a mixture of rock and blues drizzled with psychedelic sauce, that is, early progressive rock. The album contains a brilliant 7-minute, strongly psychedelic version of "Baby Please Don't Go" played at a veeery slow tempo. It is one of those records that gain a lot on repeated listens. The original on the Spark label is worth over 2000 euros, so it is probably worth investing in a great-sounding and beautiful-looking reissue. Highly recommended! New, sealed.
