The brilliant debut album by a British band combining the heaviest guitar sounds of the late 60s with the manic playing of electric violin, with heavy but juicy drumming and finally with the superb, Morrison-like vocals of Tony Hill - a former Misunderstood musician. The electric violinist Simon House later played in Hawkwind and with Bowie. Remastered 2024 edition, in a gatefold sleeve. A must! (JL)
