GRIFFIN - Protectors Of The Lair +5 - EU Eclipse Remastered Expanded - LISTEN - VERY RARE

Released in early 1986 by the German Steamhammer, this is the second album by one of the best American groups of the American power-speed metal scene. Fans of the band are divided over which record is better - generally pointing to the pioneering debut! The 'second' is considerably faster and more thrash-oriented (the guitar work, and especially the solos, is incredible) and, as far as I'm concerned, slightly better than the already fantastic debut! And the whole thing begins with the words: "Here lies the body of the Polish king"... An absolute heavy metal masterpiece! Very good sound and a booklet that reproduces the vinyl original. Plus five tracks from an early demo tape from 1983. A must!
