GRIFFIN - Protectors Of The Lair (2LP) - GER Remastered Press - LISTEN

Released at the beginning of 1986 by the German Steamhammer, the second album by one of the best bands from the American power-speed metal circle. The band's fans are divided on the question of which record is better - generally with a lean towards the pioneering debut! The 'second one' is much faster and more thrash (the guitar work, and especially the solos, is incredible) and for me - slightly better than the already sensational debut! And the whole thing begins with the words: 'Here lies the body of the Polish king'... An absolute heavy metal masterpiece! A two-disc 2021 edition. On the first LP a new mix from 2020, and on the second the original.
