GENESIS - BBC Sessions 2 (January 1972 - September 1972) - SPA Top Gear Edition - LISTEN - VERY RARE

Released in a run of 500 copies, the second part of the recordings made for the BBC in 1972. This fan-club disc contains, among others, 30 minutes from a concert (at corrected, slightly slowed speed - unlike the recordings on the internet) and two studio sessions lasting 25 minutes each. The whole thing was made between the release of "Nursery Cryme" and "Foxtrot". It is hard to find better progressive playing! What is more, most of the performances here sound better than on the studio records! This is a priceless supplement to the catalogue albums - quite tastefully presented! A must! (JL)
