FAT MATTRESS - Fat Mattress +8 - UK Esoteric Remastered Expanded Edition - LISTEN

Remastered British edition, expanded with eight extra tracks, of the first album by a psych-progressive group formed by Noel Redding (then bassist of the Jimi Hendrix Experience), with Jim Leverton (Caravan) on bass. Really nice, varied and slightly 'smoky' playing, somewhat reminiscent of early Family and Traffic. In fact, flautist Chris Wood appeared as a guest on this great and, all in all, underrated album! Highly recommended!
