EDWARD BEAR - Bearings - SWE Flawed Gems Edition - LISTEN - VERY RARE

On CD for the first time! Edward Bear is the real name of Winnie the Pooh, as well as the name of this excellent Canadian trio! Released in 1969 by Capitol, the group's debut album is for us an incredible sensation and another reason that there is still plenty of excellent, top-shelf old music left to discover! This relatively (still) unknown album is a sophisticated and catchy combination of early prog rock, late rock psychedelia, blues and ambitious baroque pop. Procol Harum, The Beatles, Andwella's Dream, early Traffic, Cream - these are the names to which the music of this underrated formation can be compared. Great sound! AN ABSOLUTE MUST!
