EDIP AKBAYRAM & DOSTLAR - Nedir Ne Degildir? - SPA Pharaway Remastered Edition - LISTEN

Released in 1976, the album by Edip Akbayram and the group Dostlar contained a mixture of ethnic, psychedelic folk rock (played, among other things, on traditional Turkish instruments, but also overdriven guitars) and mid-70s progressive rock (guitars, keyboards, the occasional flute). A very nice record, though hard to classify unambiguously. Remastered 2014 edition. Recommended! (JL)
