DSCHINN - Dschinn +4 - EU Prog Gems Limited Edition - LISTEN - VERY RARE

Released in 1972, the only album by the German band Dschinn belongs to the most interesting items in the catalogue of Bacillus Records, the label owned by Bellaphon. The band went for compact, guitar-driven compositions combining hard rock, psychedelia and blues, with distinct influences of British progressive artists of the early 70s. Among the record's greatest assets are attractive compositions combining catchy melodies with a heavy, bluesy pulse, strong guitar riffs, exceptionally capable playing by the rhythm section and... a great sleeve! The album was recorded in only five days, practically 'live', on four-track equipment, which gave it a raw, authentic sound. Additionally 4 recordings from 1972, unreleased on vinyl, are included. Highly recommended! Condition: new, sealed. (JL)
