CHRIS SPEDDING - Songs Without Words - UK Esoteric Remastered Digipack Edition - LISTEN

The debut solo album by the British guitarist, extremely distinguished on the rock and jazz scene. On the record, which was made in 1969, Spedding is accompanied by: Roger "Butch" Potter - bass guitar, John Marshall - drums, John Mitchell - keyboards and Paul Rutherford - trombone. From the publisher: "Although the album was due to be released by Harvest in Great Britain, it appeared only in Japan, only in April 1971, partly because of Spedding's dissatisfaction with the musical direction and mood of the album." This edition is from 2024 and has been remastered from the original tapes. Digipak with a 12-page booklet inside. (MU)
