CATAPILLA - Catapilla - ITA Akarma Press - LISTEN

Italian reissue of the debut album, once released by Vertigo, by this progressive, British band. Long compositions, plenty of instrumental parts, female vocals and... a riff lifted from the Allmans' "Whipping Post". On the other hand, suuuch a riff must be preceded by decent playing! Hard to find comparisons - the musicians supposedly created their own style... Maybe a little Colosseum, King Crimson and Hannibal... Gatefold sleeve, sealed. Condition: NEW - sealed.
