BEATLES - First U.S. Visit, February 1964 - FRA Verne MONO Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RARE

A beautifully made, excellent-sounding black vinyl from Vernephone lasting almost 60 minutes, collecting in full the legendary 35-minute concert from the Washington Coliseum on 11 February 1964 (the first in the USA) and a 25-minute compilation of three performances (including two in full) from the famous "Ed Sullivan Show", also from February 1964. The whole thing sounds excellent and is an outstanding complement to the band's first two albums. An excerpt from the second performance on the "Ed Sullivan Show" of 16 February can be found on The Beatles' "On Television 1963-1966" 2LP released by the same label. The whole thing is decorated with a superb, laminated sleeve with a charming and so fitting photo. A MUST! Condition: NEW, unsealed. (JL)
