BAKERLOO - Bakerloo +5 - SWE Flawed Gems Expanded & Remastered - LISTEN - VERY RARE

A remastered edition of one of the best British heavy blues albums of the late 60s (that is, of all time). The CD sounds superb - very clean and transparent, much better than the recent Esoteric version. Released in 1969, the only album by this British power trio is superb, heavily bluesy playing in the vein of Cream's live recordings, Fleetwood Mac from the period of the LP 'Then Play On', Ten Years After and Jethro Tull. The guitar was played here by the excellent Dave Clempson... Unfortunately, before the album, originally released by Harvest, hit the market, the guitarist accepted a favourable offer from Colosseum and, as they say, the rest is history! Additionally five bonus tracks - including three unreleased recordings (among them an alternative version of the brilliant 'Son Of Moonshine'). An absolute must!
