BACHDENKEL - Lemmings / Stalingrad (1970-1975) - EU Digipack Edition - LISTEN - VERY RARE

The debut, "Lemmings", recorded in 1970 but not released until 1973 in France, is superb, top-shelf British heavy-progressive with clear, psychedelic touches - at moments very reminiscent of the output of T2. The CD contains the whole of the original French vinyl, but without three (slightly worse sounding) tracks from the same session, released in 1977 on a British EP enclosed with the edition there. The second LP in the discography, "Stalingrad", maintained a decent level and resembled Wishbone Ash tracks of the second half of the 70s. Highly recommended! (JL)
