ANTHRAX - Live In Germany 1986 - FRA Verne Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RARE

A black vinyl from the Verne label limited to 500 copies, lasting 52 minutes, released in a very attractive, laminated sleeve with nice early photographs of the metalheads from New York. The album contains thirteen speed-thrash recordings made in May 1986 in Bochum in Germany, on the "US Speed Metal Attack" tour (together with the bands Overkill and Agent Steel), promoting the band's second, excellent LP "Spreading The Disease". So the track list is superb (as many as seven tracks from the debut + a unique cover of the band Suicidal Tendencies), and in the New Yorkers' music the rap influences (present from 1987) had not yet appeared. The sound quality for this kind of concert is almost perfect, though it must be admitted that the separation of the individual instruments is not outstanding... A must for every fan of old metal!
