ACHIM REICHEL - Autovision - EU Press - UNIKALNY CD

The album from 1974 presents long, repetitive guitar pieces built on looped phrases with elements of krautrock and ambient, in places trance-like and hypnotic. Achim Reichel was one of the first in Germany to use tape looping of the guitar intensively – he recorded phrases and played them back with a delay, creating multi-layered structures without the involvement of a band.
