VERITY, JOHN -BAND- (see also: Argent) - JOHN VERITY BAND - John Verity Band - US Digipack - LISTEN - VERY RARE

A hard-rock discovery! On CD for the first time! I have known this group's name forever; I knew that the only vinyl album was very rare and relatively expensive (for 1974), but I did not suspect that it was THAT GOOD! Well, it is a guitar masterpiece resembling a little the Chicken Shack LP - Imagination Lady (though not as heavy) or the LP by the group Agnes Strange - and on top of that adorned with somewhat Wishbone Ash-like guitar parts! Right afterwards John Verity replaced Russ Ballard in Argent. A pity! Definitely recommended!
