PINK MICE (see also: Electric Food) - PINK MICE - In Action / In Synthesizer Sound (1971-73) - LISTEN - VERY RARE
price: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
Under this name are hiding the musicians of Lucifer's Friend - this time combining instrumental heavy-rock in the vein of Deep Purple and Uriah Heep (and their own 1970 debut) with works of classical music. The first Pink Mice album is great, mainly because of the heavy (at moments) sound of the guitars - almost lifted straight from the LF debut. Unfortunately, the second record, released two years later (almost in a different era), was dominated by synthesizers and was much gentler and weaker than the debut - a typical bonus. Recommended!
