LED ZEPPELIN - LED ZEPPELIN - North American Tour 1971 (2CD) - EU Supernaut LIMITED Edition - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 80,00 PLN / 20,00 EUR
A DOUBLE, limited to 500 copies, European, great-sounding (mixing desk), 150-minute album containing a selection of the best recordings from the legendary North American tour the band undertook at the turn of August and September 1971 - two months before the release of "Led Zeppelin IV". The basis of this release is 95 minutes from the sensational concert in Orlando, Florida, to which four missing recordings from Toronto (also soundboard) have been added, and at the end a few rarities, including a rather unique version of "Weekend" from the repertoire of Eddie Cochran and "Walk Don't Run" by The Ventures. The CDs contain all the compositions played on the month-long tour! To sum up - there are no better-sounding Zeps from 1971 (perhaps except for the BBC from 1971), but here the band simply sounded brilliant. Besides, Robert Plant never sang so well again (as a result of some infection in September 1971 his voice changed/worsened)... In my opinion it is better material than the excellent, official "How The West Was Won"... The discs sound 10% better (more treble) than the material available on YouTube. A must! (JL) -

LED ZEPPELIN - LED ZEPPELIN - Live At The Royal Albert Hall, January 1970 (2CD) - SPA Top Gear Edition - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 85,00 PLN / 21,25 EUR
A rare, limited, double CD containing a recording of, in my opinion, the best concert of the band's career, which took place on 9 January 1970 at London's Royal Albert Hall. Probably every fan knows this material (which came out on the band's official DVD), but it is worth noting that this compact disc edition contains two unreleased fragments: a sensational "Heartbreaker" (unfortunately faded out abruptly after four minutes due to a broken tape) and the closing, 7-minute "Long Tall Sally". The sound quality is stunningly excellent - 10-15% better than on the official DVD. In addition, superb remastered material from Danish television, from March 1969, has been included. 150 minutes of top-shelf live Led Zeppelin! An absolute must! (JL) -

LED ZEPPELIN - LED ZEPPELIN - Live At Gonzaga University 30th December 1968 - EU Open Mind LIMITED Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 120,00 PLN / 30,00 EUR
The earliest Led Zeppelin show recorded on tape! Recorded live on 30 December 1968 at Gonzaga University in Spokane in the USA - for the first time on a vinyl record! A black vinyl limited to a mere 300 copies, released in a beautiful gatefold, laminated sleeve (with the front showing the band at London's Marquee in October 1968) with nice, very rare photos of the band and little items concerning the first American tour, for example a photo of original autographs from December 1968. It is the full 58-minute version with recently remastered sound - better than the old YouTube version - link below. Of course it is not ideal, as distortion in the loud moments can be heard. On the other hand... it is the only known Zeps show from 1968! A must for fans! Condition: NEW, not shrink-wrapped. -
CD
LED ZEPPELIN - LED ZEPPELIN - Live At The Los Angeles Forum 1970 (2CD) - SPA Top Gear Edition - VERY RAREprice: 85,00 PLN / 21,25 EUR
Limited, fan-club, two-disc CD containing a surprisingly good-sounding (compared with the old vinyls from the 70s and CDs from the late 80s), 140-minute Led Zeppelin concert from 4 September 1970, from the tour promoting the third album. The band was at the peak of form, still unsated, so the music was stunning! This is an absolute classic! The playing is frenzied, the set of tracks fantastic, including the only known live performance of "Out Of The Tiles" and the standard "Blueberry Hill"! In addition two bonus tracks, including one of the two existing live performances of "Gallows Pole" and a unique medley of three rock'n'rolls! This is the best-sounding version of this performance ever released! A MUST! (JL) -
CD
LED ZEPPELIN - LED ZEPPELIN - Live At Whisky A Go-Go (5th January 1969) - SPA Top Gear Edition - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
Fan-club Spanish CD, limited to 500 copies, containing a superb, full 52-minute performance by the Zeps, played before a club audience of a few dozen people, at the beginning of January 1969 (and containing, among other things, several rare covers, including "For Your Love", known from only two performances!!!) - literally a day before the release of the debut album in the States! It is an 'audience recording', but the sound quality is great - almost ideal, only with a slightly distant vocal! In addition several excellent bonus tracks of studio quality - attention - several tracks from the sessions for the debut album and the NEVER RELEASED (also on the recent reissue), studio "Sugar Mama" from the sessions for the second album!!! A MUST! (JL) -
CD
LED ZEPPELIN - LED ZEPPELIN - Live At The Fillmore West 24th April 1969 - SPA Top Gear Limited Edition - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
Released in a run of 500 copies, a limited CD containing 80 minutes of excellent material with perfect sound quality! First of all, the disc contains an excellent show by the band from the Fillmore West on 24 April 1969, taken from the mixing desk (soundboard) (not to be confused with the two-hour, different recording from 27 April)! It is a complete recording - there is no more material from this show. The sound quality is stunningly good, only Plant's vocal has been moved slightly to the back, but since most of the material is rather instrumental, the problem is barely noticeable. The track 'Pat's Delight' is an instrumental piece serving as the starting point for a drum solo - soon afterwards the band began playing 'Moby Dick'. The 20-minute 'As Long As I Have You' is a dynamic and fiery compilation of several 'covers', including 'Fresh Garbage' by Spirit - a band that Jimmy Page supposedly never heard at the time - at least that is what the guitarist claimed during the recent trial over the rights to 'Stairway To Heaven' and... he won! As a bonus, 2 tracks recorded 3 days later in the same venue are included: the 7-minute Sittin' and Thinkin' (an almost unknown but excellent blues from the repertoire of Buddy Guy in the style of You Shook Me) and the superb 20-minute, very extended version of How Many More Times - full of unexpected twists and dynamic improvisations. A must! (JL) -

LED ZEPPELIN - LED ZEPPELIN - Live At The Royal Albert Hall, January 1970 (2LP) - EU Open Mind LIMITED Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 200,00 PLN / 50,00 EUR
Released in a beautiful, gatefold, laminated sleeve (with nice, rare photos of the band), a DOUBLE, limited to 500 copies, European, perfect-sounding and very long recording of, in my opinion, the best concert of the band's career, which took place on 9 January 1970 at London's Royal Albert Hall. Probably every fan knows this material (which came out on the band's official DVD), but it is worth noting that this vinyl edition contains two unreleased fragments: a sensational "Heartbreaker" (unfortunately faded out abruptly after four minutes due to a broken tape) and the closing "Long Tall Sally". The sound quality is stunningly excellent - slightly better than on the official DVD and a good 30% better than on the muddy, three-disc box set (also gathering a CD and a DVD from the Royal Albert Hall) released some time ago. An absolute must! Condition: new, not shrink-wrapped. -

LED ZEPPELIN - LED ZEPPELIN - Live In Denmark March 1969 - EU Open Mind Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 120,00 PLN / 30,00 EUR
Released in a beautiful, gatefold, laminated sleeve (with beautiful concert photos inside), a single, hour-long vinyl, LIMITED TO 500 COPIES, containing two shows from Denmark, from mid-March 1969 - just before the release of the debut album in Europe. The first side is the legendary television show of 17 March (known from the video version) with perfect sound, while the second is filled by a really good-sounding (recorded by someone from the audience) and brilliantly played, 30-minute show of 15 March. Together the two shows make up more than the band's full setlist from spring 1969. The sound is better than on the YouTube versions (links below). The black vinyl is perfectly pressed! A must! Condition: NEW, not shrink-wrapped. -

LED ZEPPELIN - LED ZEPPELIN - North American Tour 1971 (2LP) - EU Open Mind LIMITED Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 200,00 PLN / 50,00 EUR
Released in a beautiful, gatefold, laminated sleeve (with nice, rare photos of the band), a DOUBLE, limited to 500 copies, European, great-sounding (mixing desk from Jimmy Page's archives...) and very long (yet very well pressed), 60-minute black vinyl records containing a selection of the best recordings from the legendary North American tour the band undertook at the turn of August and September 1971 - two months before the release of "Led Zeppelin IV". The basis of this release is 80 minutes from the sensational concert in Orlando, Florida (2/3 of the concert from the mixing desk), to which the missing recordings from Toronto (also soundboard) have been added, and at the end a rather unique version of "Weekend" from the repertoire of Eddie Cochran has been included. To sum up - there are no better-sounding Zeps from 1971 (perhaps except for the BBC), but here the band simply sounded brilliant. Besides, Robert Plant never sang so well again (as a result of some infection, his voice changed in September 1971)... The record sounds a further 10-20% better (more treble) than the YouTube material attached. A must! Condition: NEW, not shrink-wrapped. -

Released in a beautiful, gatefold, laminated sleeve (inside with several nice photos), a double, European vinyl, LIMITED TO 500 COPIES, containing a surprisingly good-sounding (compared with the old vinyl records of the 70s and the CDs of the late 80s) 120-minute Led Zeppelin concert from 4 September 1970, from the tour promoting the third album. The band was at its peak form, still unsated, so the music was thunderous! It is an absolute classic - fairly widely considered the best show in the band's history! The playing is stunning, the setlist - fantastic, including the only known live performance of "Out Of The Tiles" and the standard "Blueberry Hill"! The concert is presented in full, except for a few minutes from the drum solo in "Moby Dick" and the long applause before the encores... It is the best-sounding version of this show ever released - even slightly surpassing the Top Gear CD edition (slightly more treble)! Both 180-gram black vinyl records are perfectly pressed and sound sensational! A must! NEW, not shrink-wrapped. -

LED ZEPPELIN - LED ZEPPELIN - Kiedy giganci chodzili po Ziemi - MICK WALLprice: 65,00 PLN / 16,25 EUR
They were the last wonder child of the sixties and the first brilliant band of the seventies – on the ruins of The Yardbirds arose one of the most popular rock bands of all time. Mick Wall, a respected author of music biographies and a former associate of Page and Plant, describes without hesitation the history of the band that defined the notion of 'excess' on concert tours – and which paid for it with tragedies, drug addiction and death. "Kiedy giganci chodzili po Ziemi" reveals for the first time in such detail the interest of the band's leader Jimmy Page in the occult, presents the circumstances surrounding the publicised and controversial return of the band for a concert at London's O2 Arena, and follows the attempts to resurrect the remaining line-up permanently, dependent on Robert Plant's willingness. In special flashbacks Wall also describes the life stories of the individual five people who made the dream of Led Zeppelin's greatness come true and turn into a sometimes hard-to-grasp reality – Page, Plant, John Paul Jones, John Bonham and their equally famous manager, Peter Grant. Above all, however, "Kiedy giganci chodzili po Ziemi" is a book in which the author tells the breathtaking, true story of Led Zeppelin, from the position of someone who has known Jimmy Page for over twenty years. This book is the fruit of many years of research and searching, a biography based not only on interviews with the individual members of the band and associates, but also an insightful description of all the events, in a way that only a person connected for thirty years with the music business and its greatest celebrities can present. A new edition, supplemented by 100 pages and revised. 521 pages + 3 inserts with colour photographs. -
CD
LED ZEPPELIN - LED ZEPPELIN - Led Zeppelin II (2CD) - EU Remastered Expanded Deluxe Editionprice: 100,00 PLN / 25,00 EUR
Remastered from digital copies of the tapes, the CD sounds nice - slightly better than earlier editions. Of course this release is bought for the second disc, containing other mixes, slightly different versions and the previously unreleased track "La La". It is a pity that nobody thought of including "Sugar Mama"... A MUST! -

LED ZEPPELIN - LED ZEPPELIN - Live At The Fillmore West, 24th April 1969 - EU Verne Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
A new, improved version! Released in a run of 500 copies (and in a beautiful, laminated sleeve with superb photos), a limited black vinyl containing 52 minutes of excellent material with perfect sound quality! The album contains the excellent show by the band at the Fillmore West from 24 April 1969, taken from the mixing desk (soundboard) - not to be confused with the two-hour, different recording from 27 April! It is an almost complete recording - apart from three omitted minutes of the track "White Summer", there is no more material from this show. The sound quality is stunningly good, only Plant's vocal has been moved slightly to the back, but since most of the material is rather instrumental, the problem is barely noticeable. The track "Pat's Delight" is an instrumental piece serving as the starting point for a drum solo - soon afterwards the band began playing "Moby Dick". The 20-minute "As Long As I Have You" is a dynamic and fiery compilation of several 'covers', including "Fresh Garbage" by Spirit. A wonderful record, an ideal addition to a collection of catalogue albums! Note! This version sounds even better than the edition from the Far Out label, and it has none of the factory crackle present before! A MUST! Condition: NEW, not shrink-wrapped. -
LP
LED ZEPPELIN - LED ZEPPELIN - Live At Whisky A Go Go, 5th January 1969 - FRA Verne Limited Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
Limited to 500 copies, an attractively produced vinyl from Verne containing a superb, complete 52-minute show by the Zeps played before a club audience of a few dozen people in early January 1969 (and containing, among others, several rare covers, including a 12-minute 'As Long As I Have You' and 'For Your Love' from the repertoire of The Yardbirds, known from only two performances) - literally a week before the release of the debut album in the States! It is an 'audience recording' (very close to the stage), but the sound quality is great - almost ideal, except for a slightly distant vocal! The record sounds slightly better than the YouTube versions... An absolute must! Condition: NEW, sealed. -
CD
LED ZEPPELIN - LED ZEPPELIN - Live In Paris 1969 - SPA Top Gear Limited Edition - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
Fan-club CD containing a brilliant, 78-minute concert of excellent quality - recorded at the Olympia in Paris in October 1969 - just before the release of the second album. The sound quality is ideal because it reportedly comes from the original master tape. Attention! In June this material came out in an official form as a 71-minute additional disc added to the anniversary "deluxe" version of the first album. Of course I encourage you to buy the Warner two-disc version, but it is worth knowing that the official version has been somewhat cut (it lasts 71 minutes), furthermore "How Many More Times" has been shortened by as much as 11 minutes - that is, by half, while "Moby Dick" has been added in its place... Either way - this CD has on the front a beautiful cover (known from the Austrian edition of the LP "Led Zeppelin II", worth 500 euros) and several great photos from the period! It is certainly an excellent supplement to the official version of the debut!!! A MUST! (JL) Condition: sealed -
CD
