INDIAN SUMMER - INDIAN SUMMER - Indian Summer +5 - EU Eclipse Remastered Expanded - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
A remastered and tastefully presented European edition of one of the most beautiful records in the history of progressive rock!! Made in March 1971, the album by the Britons contained excellent compositions based on the interplay of the all-pervading Hammond organs (with piano), intense, slightly jazzy guitar parts and a characteristic, expressive yet warm voice. Quite often this music brings to mind the stately but beefed-up sound of Procol Harum with a pinch of Atomic Rooster, but generally it is very original music. Why this band did not make it - I have no idea! You simply have to listen to it! Additionally five tracks are included - outtakes from the album's recording session and four compositions recorded back in 1970. This is the best-sounding compact disc edition of this album! An absolute must! -
INDIAN SUMMER - INDIAN SUMMER - Indian Summer - EU 180g Press - LISTEN - VERY RAREprice: 110,00 PLN / 27,50 EUR
One of the best progressive records in the history of rock! You simply have to listen to it! Excellent compositions, lots of Hammond, intense, slightly jazzy guitar, a characteristic, nasal voice. At times this music brings to mind the stately sound of Procol Harum and an early, rock-ified Santana. Why this band did not make it - I have no idea! You simply cannot live without this album! A replica of the 1971 RCA/Neon edition, in a gatefold sleeve, on 180-gram vinyl.
