COTTONWOOD (see also: Love) - COTTONWOOD - Camaraderie - EU Walhalla Edition - LISTEN - VERY RARE
price: 60,00 PLN / 15,00 EUR
Cottonwood is a Californian formation founded by Gary Rowles - the former Love guitarist (on the records "Out Here" and "False Start"). Released in 1971 by the label ABC, the formation's only album contained ten "laid-back", guitar-driven tracks combining folk, blues and country with psychedelic influences (as in the very nice "50 LBS Of Smile"). Perhaps it is not a masterpiece, but the record is a real pleasure to listen to. Recommended (K)
