COOPER, JOHN & PHILIPA (see also: Freedom's Children) - JOHN & PHILIPA COOPER - Cooperville Times - South African Fresh Edition - LISTEN
Released in 1969 by South African EMI, the only album by the Cooper siblings, assisted here by, among others, musicians from Freedom's Children and Third Eye. Charming pop-psych in the vein of Donovan, Duncan Browne's debut and Billy Nicholls' album. Several tracks (with electric guitar) are decidedly psychedelic in character; the rest are gentler, but never boring! Recommended!
