ARCHIMEDES BADKAR - ARCHIMEDES BADKAR - Tre - Musiknätet Waxholm Edition - UNIKALNY CD
price: 150,00 PLN / 37,50 EUR
"Tre" is Archimedes Badkar's third record, from 1977, on which the band develops its characteristic combination of jazz, rock and non-European influences. The pieces rely on repeating rhythmic and melodic motifs, which are gradually developed by successive instruments. An extended percussion section and instruments referencing the music of the Middle East and Asia are clearly audible – which gives the whole a pulsating, in places trance-like character. The wind and keyboard parts lead the narrative, often moving from unisons to freer, improvised passages. A 2003 reissue. ONLY ONE COPY! New, sealed.
